All products are eligible for refunds, but not returns or exchanges.

Refunds will not be granted for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size purchased (unless proof of a sizing defect is provided)
- Change of mind
- Lost items due to an incorrect shipping address (please ensure your address is accurate before finalizing your order)
Refund eligibility requirements:
- Customers must provide clear photo and/or video proof of any item defects within 1–3 days of receiving the product.
- Defects will be reviewed to confirm they are a supplier fault and not caused by misuse, wear, or damage after delivery.
Additional details:
- Refund requests submitted after the 1–3 day eligibility period will not be accepted.
- Once a refund request is approved, processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
